The participants should fill out and send the Hotel Booking Form to the Congress Organization Secretariat by fax or mail, along with the bank voucher proving the payment of accommodation fee. In payments made by credit card, a copy of front and reverse side of their credit card together with the registration form must also be enclosed for your safety reasons. The reverse side of the credit card must be signed.

- The Accommodation rates per night are inclusive of;

- A limited number of rooms have been secured for the conference participants at the Maxi Mola Hotel for the indicated rates. Room allocations are on first come first served basis.
- Historic Istanbul Sightseeing Tour and Conference Dinner on 1st of September will be covered by Organization.
- Payments should be made in Euros to Organization Secretariat’s account.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- For the cancellation of the registration and accomodation fees until the date of June 15, 2010, only %25 of the received payment will be refund to the participant.
- For the cancellation of the registration and accomodation fees until the date of July 15, 2010, only %10 of the received payment will be refund to the participant.
- Cancellations received after July 15, 2010, will not entitle to any refund. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
