The 8th International Conference on Toxic Cyanobacteria (ICTC8) - TURKEY- August 29 - September 4 2010

Participants should fill out the Congress Registration Form, pay the registration fee via the bank account of the T13 EVENTS (T13 Tanıtım ve Organizasyon) and send the form and the voucher to the congress organization secretariat by fax or e-mail. Those who cannot prove payment of the registration fee will not receive a participation badge and will not be permitted access to the congress area.

CONGRESS REGISTRATION FEES

The congress fee for the four an a half day congress includes;

• admission to all presentations,
• congress materials, certificate of attendance,
• congress program,
• congress proceedings,
• welcome reception at the hotel and coffee breaks.

Only cash payments can be accepted for “Onsite registration” at the hotel.

The congress fee for accompanying person includes; welcome reception, 4 day city tour excursions including transfers, entrance fee for museums and local guide. The registration fee doesn’t include congress proceedings, congress materials, travel and accommodation.

Registration forms received after 26 August 2010 will not be processed any more, however, you may register in person on the first day of the congress at the registration desk.

Please note that confirmation of registration takes place only after receipt of the congress fees. All applicants will receive an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail or fax of their registration form. However, confirmation of the official registration will thus only take place after having received the full payment of the congress fees. Bank transfer payments – bank charges belong to participants.

Certificate of Attendance

Certificates of attedance will be available for all registered participants at the registration desk to be distributed on September 3, 2010.

Name Badges

All registered participants will be given identification badges. Participants who do not put on the badges will not be able to participate in the congress activities.

Letter of Invitation

The Organizing Committee will send a letter of invitation to participate in the Congress upon request. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organiser to provide financial support. The letter will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your registration.

Cancellation Policy

For the cancellation of the registration fees until the date of June 15, 2010, only %25 of the received payment will be refund to the participant. For the cancellation of the registration fees until the date of July 15, 2010, only %10 of the received payment will be refund to the participant. Cancellations received after July 15, 2010 , will not entitle to any refund. All refunds will be processed after the Congress.
